Glass siding doors and windows with Bermuda shutters offer a glimpse of greenery while providing adequate privacy. Balcony deck areas surround the living space and provide a great viewing platform for birds through the tree canopy. A dedicated walkway to the west of the property runs from the adjoining neighborhood into the rear of Arlington Park. Centrally located near Southside Village, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, the Frank G. Berlin YMCA, Arlington Park Recreation Facility, shopping, schools and beaches.
